Yes, I am still around! There's no way anyone has time to read everything that I've been up to...we've been kind of busy...so I'll just show you the only painting I've created in months...and a picture of my gluten free pumpkin muffins. I'm attempting to eat gluten-free. I do feel better, but I've gained a pound, unlike everyone else I know that lost weight eating this way. I don't understand? Could be that I love these pumpkin muffins and potatoes and corn.
Here's my new little kitty, Sophie

I can almost smell those muffins! Wow, the painting of little Sophie is gorgeous!!! I'm glad all is OK with you, it's nice to see you here again.
Glad to see you back and glad you are ok. Sophie is adorable, love the expression on her. Great looking muffins, with cranberries & pumpkin seeds - sounds yummy!
So good to see your distinctive art again--I love it! And Fall food--love every bit of it!!
Love this painting it is really really good!
Would you just look at the yummy muffin I think I gained a pond just druling over it.
Love the kitty painting--it's adorable! Good luck with gluten free. I'm glad you've got good recipes--don't worry about a pound, feel better!
glad you are back... OK your cat and muffins are the same color - funny how that happens!
Your cat painting is exquisitely beautiful!
My husband has to be gluten free, because he has a food intolerance toward gluten. The way he loses weight this way is simply to avoid all wheat products, but we've since discovered how to fatten him right up again with all the fabulous gluten free yummies, and so, again, it's all about caloric intake vs walking and moving about. We particularly love the gluten free quinoa pasta. The rice is good too, but quinoa is better in our opinion.
