I, like most people, have always loved Butterflies! So full of color, and it's fun to watch them flittering around the equally gorgeous flowers. I feel so inspired and excited and cannot wait to paint more of the images floating around in my mind. I'm supposed to be outside working... I can hear my husband moving the fern that I said...We should move. Guess I had better get going, and I'll get my paints out in a bit. My new "Butterflies" painting is listed on eBay. It's been a while since I've sold there, so thought I'd better brush up on the process. They've changed a few things!

I was watching PBS this evening about the plight of the bees...and they mentioned the loss of the butterfly population too. We need these little creatures so much.
I really like what you did combining the pretty butterflies with your cats. I did bring a smile to my face. It's what your paintings do for me. Really Great job!

Thank you, so much, Terri and Anya!!! I love Butterflies...I don't know why I haven't painted them before. I have a lot of Butterflies flying around in my mind, now...so there will be more!
